Our philosophy
We feel the public’s relationship to food has started to fall into one of two categories: the simplistic “food is fuel” view, establishing your food only as a tool for human efficiency, or a gratuitous sensory overload for a firehose delivery of dopamine.
We’re left to pick between a dense macro smoothie or the latest conglomeration of a Dubai chocolate.
In response, we invite our diners with a third choice.
